(a) Availability & Fulfilment

Orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation. Dispatch times and ETA may vary due to:

  • Country of origin

  • Warehousing in different international locations

  • Fulfilment from multiple centres

  • Some items (e.g., merchandise) being made to order, which adds approx. 2 weeks to delivery estimates

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or force majeure.

(b) Contract Formation

An order acknowledgment email does not constitute order acceptance. A contract forms only when we send confirmation that goods have been dispatched. Only the items listed in that confirmation are included in the contract.

(c) Pricing & Errors

We aim to ensure all prices, descriptions, and availability details are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we’ll inform you and give the option to reconfirm or cancel. If we cannot reach you, we will cancel the order and refund any payment received.

Prices are subject to change without notice. International orders may be affected by currency fluctuations.

Delivery costs will be added where applicable and shown during checkout.

Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Our prices are excluding any applicable import taxes or duties your country may impose.

(d) Payment

Upon receiving your order, we perform an authorisation check. Payment is only processed once the card is authorised. Funds are held as a deposit until the dispatch confirmation email is issued.

You must be 18 or over and hold a valid payment method to purchase from us. You warrant that all information provided is true and that your payment method has sufficient funds.

14. Warranty

All brand new Sonilux Branded items will come with 12 months warranty. Free Products, Software & items made to order will not be eligible for return and will have limited email support only. Third party items will have manufacturer warranty as well as 12 months email and phone support. Used and B-Stock items will have no warranty unless otherwise stated on the product description.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the full agreement between you and www.sonilux.com.au and supersede all prior agreements. Any waiver is valid only if in writing and signed by a director of Sonilux.
