Order Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to ship all orders within 7 days of purchase.
Some products (like t-shirts and stickers) are made just for you and printed on demand. These items usually take 2–4 weeks from order to delivery, depending on your location.
Where We Ship From
Orders will ship from either Newcastle, Australia, or one of our global distribution partners, depending on where stock is held. This helps us get your items to you faster and more efficiently.
Shipping Methods

Sticker packs are sent as letters without tracking. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery, especially for international orders.

All other items are sent via registered mail with tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking number once your order is on the way.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! But please keep in mind:

Some items may be delayed due to customs or local postal services — unfortunately, this is out of our control.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues, Delays & Damage
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery process. That means any delays, loss, or damage during shipping must be taken up directly with the shipping provider.
We’re happy to help by providing shipping documentation or any info you might need to make a claim — just reach out to us and we’ll do what we can to assist.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We can’t take responsibility for items lost due to incorrect addresses, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
